TRICIA LEDERER Tricia Lederer has 15 years of experience creating and implementing multi-tactical communications strategies for major companies, industry organizations and nonprofit agencies. Prior to joining Slowey/McManus, Tricia was a Senior Vice President at The Hubbell Group, where she managed strategic consulting programs for leading financial services companies such as CIBC World Markets and Merrill Lynch; issues management campaigns for the Massachusetts Charter School Association; and corporate communications programs for ISO New England, the independent system operator of the region’s bulk power grid. Before joining The Hubbell Group, Tricia was a director at BSMG Worldwide, an international communications consulting firm, working on corporate, crisis and issues management assignments.She helped create corporate and issues ads, organized rapid response programs, and organized press conferences and other press events. Tricia managed the firm’s relationship with Boston Scientific Corporation, developing integrated communications strategies, and worked with telecommunications companies during the turbulent period following passage of the Telecommunications Act of 1996. Tricia also served as Assistant Chief of Publications for the New York City Campaign Finance Board from 1992-1994. She co-managed production and distribution of the New York City Voter Guide, a nonpartisan assistance booklet mailed to four million households. She assisted in all areas of public education, including drafting, producing and distributing brochures, news releases, letters and the 1993 Campaign Finance Handbook. Tricia also managed the Board’s Community Outreach project, serving as liaison with community groups and political clubs throughout the city.
